Lisa Vazquez is a Hip Hop producer, artist, performer, and educator whose genre-blending sound and dynamic presence have earned her a respected place in the global beatmaking and live performance community. A multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and beat battle champion, Lisa’s work fuses Hip Hop, soul, and electronic textures, driven by a deep love for rhythm, storytelling, and the cultural roots of the craft.
With over two decades of experience performing and teaching, Lisa has traveled the world sharing her music and her knowledge of Hip Hop production and history, impacting communities across classrooms, festival stages, and creative workshops. She has spent more than a decade working with youth as a private educator and currently teaches with organizations such as the Bodecker Foundation, Producer Dojo, and Today’s Future Sound, founded by Next Level alum Phillipdrummond.
Lisa’s discography includes her 2017 debut EP Gravity, which highlighted her skills as a producer and vocalist, and her 2020 follow-up Hit Like a Girl, a project composed of beats crafted in live beat battles over the years. She's also known for her popular YouTube series “Flip It Friday”, where she demonstrates sample flips and live beat production—earning her a dedicated following of producers and fans alike.
Whether performing her hypnotic, layered sets at festivals, clubs, and cultural events, or guiding students through music production and Hip Hop history, Lisa Vazquez continues to champion creativity, empowerment, and community through everything she does.
